| Introduction | I'm a mom of 4 kiddos (2 bio, 2 step) & 2 kittehs who loves all things creative! Naturally, I trip up along the way when randomness gets the best of me or my minions fail to recognize my authority!!! ;) But I have the BEST Hubbs in the world to keep me going no matter what! I've had many transitions in the last several years. Became a single mom moving back to my hometown to start over. Fell hard for a long-time college buddy who had always been THE greatest guy EVER. We couldn't NOT do life together & were scared witless. LOL Got remarried in June 2015; my kids and I moved in with him & his kids three states away. After a lifetime thus far of tax-paying day jobs in customer service & office work, my wish to be a full-time homemaker was realized! Spent some time saying, 'I thought this would be easier...' Fortunately, things fell into place & I'm finally where I can do my thing & feel confident about it (most of the time)! My plan with this blog is to pick back up with two things I love doing - cooking & writing. And writing about cooking. And loving my life. |
| Interests | I'm mostly into music, cooking, crochet, writing, singing, and making our home the homiest. I enjoy liberal use of exclamation marks!! I also adorrre Doctor Who - I do love the newer shows, and the eleventh Doctor is my fave. Even though they're all kind of like your kids, y'know? Oh what the heck am I saying - Matt Smith, forever!
