Introduction	I am such a do-it-yourselfer that I'm planning our wedding with the help of a few close family members and friends. My name is Jether & my fiance Terence & I are getting married on June 7, 2008. I am West Indian (WestNDN) and am originally from the St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. My fiance is a Southern Gentleman from Charlotte, NC. Did I mention I'm planning this beautiful cultural celebration for under $5,000.00!?! I've had my shares of "Girl, you know that can't be done, to have a 'nice' wedding you needing to put out at least $20,000." Well, I believe I can do it, with a lot of research and budgeting I'm sure we can come in under $5,000.00!
