About me

Introduction My pageant journey began at the age of 15 when a friend asked me to compete in her pageant "just to fill a spot". My mom immediately said "No" since I was not the prettiest teen. But my love for being on-stage was too much for me to resist, so I competed and won the title of Miss Bristol Homecoming Queen. The pageant bug bit me! I went on to compete in many local and state pageants in various systems. On some occasions I came home with the title, but many times I did not. In 2003 my determination paid off and I won the title of Miss AZ and went on to compete in Miss America. Shortly after I was introduced to the Mrs Arizona Program where I was inspired by the high focus on community and family. The young women competing were busy raising families, working and being a wife all while continuing to give back to her community. So as soon as we moved back to AZ, I decided to participate in the Mrs AZ program.
