Introduction	I was born in Maryland but the heart and soul of my family is in Eastern North Carolina. I got to Raleigh in 1981, graduated from NCSU in chemical engineering, and have never left. I am curious about lots of things. I read too much, think too much, talk too much, and don't relax enough, but I'm working on it.
