Introduction I'm a recent grad turned young professional. I have always been interested in healthy food. I hated cooking until I randomly decided to sign up for a cooking class senior year of high school. I loved the class and being able to cook what I wanted to eat. Needless to say my mother and grandmother were pleased that I finally keyed into some "traditional" characteristics. This hobby grew when I found out of my "dietary restrictions" (as I like to call them). After many bouts with milk in high school. I thought it was stress. But really my body just can't take lactose. I have dairy free since December 2006. After an intense pain in my chest lasting a week. My stomach was never the same. Doing research I cut out gluten and was tested and have have been gluten free since November 2007. My favorite kind of food to cook is Mexican.
Interests The earth, healthy food, any kind of music, starfish, clothes, Chacos, NPR, celery, blueberries, chocolate, the ocean, sorbet, the sun, cooking, hanging out with friends, and hiking.
