Introduction	I started my weight loss journey about 2 years ago. Since then, I've become an avid runner and I'm preparing for the 2012 St. Jude Marathon and I've signed up as a Hero for the second year. I've spent most of my life overweight and I'm still working on getting my weight down to where it should be. In the meantime, I'm running a lot and will probably join a Crossfit gym in the next month.
