| Introduction | I'm a Real Estate Investor here in Tucson, AZ. What I like to do is find creative solutions for the challenges in today’s market. By linking up with others in the business I’ve learned a lot about my own, and it’s exciting to see where things are going. I’ve been in Real Estate for over 10 years now, initially as a Mortgage Broker, and then transitioning into an investing role. I’ve seen the market change in about a dozen ways since I first started out, and have adapted and changed my business to accommodate those shifts. My current focus is on Lease Options, but I still won’t pass up a good wholesaling deal if it crosses my path! Outside of Real Estate, I am a husband to my wife (and business partner) Kyleen. We have a 1-year-old son, with another baby on the way. So who am I? I’m a very busy man! |
