Introduction	Late-40s lifelong exercise geek who contemplated triathlons for a couple of decades before rushing in. Happily married with 3 kiddos and working as a Pediatric Anesthesiologist. My too numerous to count other interests include photography, writing, hiking/camping, 4-wheeling, shootin', napping, and pretty much anything but cocktail parties.

Favorite music	Aging headbanger, with a little classical and classic rock.
Favorite books	Anything by Frank Herbert, Stephen King, Ayn Rand, Philip K. Dick, or Ralph Waldo Emerson, to name a few.
