| Introduction | I've always loved clothes. As a child, I spent hours with my Fashion Plates. During the pandemic, I watched a lot of Youtube videos about fashion. I learned so much and wanted to transition my old wardrobe (a hodgepodge of classics mixed with anthropologie show stoppers) to a capsule one. Committing to buying less but better, I decided to hold myself accountable in 2022 by posting a daily ootd on Instagram (stripy.lady) to force myself to use what's already in my closet. But I have so much more to say than what fits in an Instagram caption, thus, the birth of this blog. |

What's the most amount of sand you've ever had in your swimming trunks?
Not much, I try to avoid the sun and wear my big straw hat everywhere. When we were in Hawaii, my husband noted that I was the only one on the beach wearing a sweater. He suspects that I'm a vampire!
