| Introduction | First, I am a follower of Christ. I volunteer at my church in children's church and youth. I also volunteer with an organization called Next Generation in which we go to local schools and build relationships with the students. I am currently in a Master's Program for Clinical Mental Health and School Counseling. God has placed this call on my life to help people along in their walk through life. I am not a personal trainer or nutritionist. I started this blog to connect with others who are on a weight loss journey as a support to show people that they are not alone. I do hope that I can be an inspiration to some and maybe even help people with motivation. I advise whoever is about to start a regimen of exercise and change in eating patterns to consult their doctor first especially if they have an underlying health issue. Also getting a physical is an important thing to get because our bodies change daily. Do not hesitate to contact me via the email that I have provided. One thing that I advise against is negativity, I respect each and every person that visits my site and I want every person to have the same respect for myself and others as well. |
