IntroductionThis blog is dedicated to my family's new exploration into health and nutrition by experiencing the raw food lifestyle change. I currently have a 4 year old son Jake, My boyfriend Oliver is a type 1 diabetic with two lovely children. Hanna is 6 and Ollie is 8. We will be chronicling our triumphs and hardships and hopefully will inspire some change into modern society's notion that you have to partake of the mass media induced chips, cookies, bread, pop, and so forth. Please feel free to offer advice or critiques. They are whole heartedly welcome. UPDATE: 11/23/10 We are now expecting a son (Connor) due in March 2011. We are still finding/making our path to health
