Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?
I hate this metaphor. Fish couldn't even ride a fricking bike, whereas women can use a man for lots of things: making babies, pumping gas, hot wild sex! You can't do any of those things with a fish or a bicycle.
