| Introduction | Kevin Sullivan comes from a pleasant yet frigid midwest town of Waukesha, WI. In 2004, Kevin moved to sunny Huntington Beach, to try one year without cold winters, ice and snow. He never turned back. Kevin was instantly gravitated to SoCal for all of the business opportunity and outdoor activities such as volleyball, hiking, Ultimate(Frisbee) and basketball. After going through the classes to get his Realtor license, Kevin worked as a Salesman in the IT industry until Dec 2006. January 2007, Kevin started his carrier as a Real Estate agent with a independently owned RE company called Star Real Estate in Huntington Beach. Kevin has been a Top Producer for Star Real Estate starting in 2010 and received his Broker license in 2011. He continues to build a team of associates around which allows for a higher service and attention level to all new and past clients.
