About me

Introduction	A lover of anything food, I grew up learning to cook while sitting on my family's kitchen counter and listening to my mother tell me to add "a pinch" of salt or "a pinch" of cinnamon to the bowl. As the years went on and my obsession with food continued (and grew exponentially), I realized more and more that without my mother's insistence on teaching me how to cook the same way she learned growing up, I would have missed out on my one true passion in life. It is because of those "pinches" of salt that I continue to delay all my homework just because I'm in a baking mood. As a college student with limited counter space, limited time, and an even more limited budget, I have cooked and baked my way through hand fulls of different recipes that are delicious and easy. Whatever college student claims they have no time to cook or bake real food are simply liars (or just not reading my blog)!
