| Introduction | I love to eat so I learned to cook. I can remember the details of a good meal for years and years. I like a glass of red wine with dinner, but most of the time I'm perfectly content with my $3.00 bottle of Charles Shaw from Trader Joes. I wish cooking didn't intimidate people - everyone should know how to cook their favorite foods just the way they like them. Not everyone cares about food and cooking. I'm okay with that. A perfectly executed $4 burrito can handle the comparison to an exquisite and elegant $100 meal... if a dining experience is 10 times more expensive shouldn't it be 10 times better? I love to try new foods - even when it is a little scary. |
