| Introduction | HOLD ALL TICKETS! Time went on and by 2022 I weighed 139.4kg at my heaviest weight. I had bariatric surgery on November 24 as a last ditch effort to sort my weight out at age 54. So here I go again, for the last time...I've also stopped drinking alcohol. So whole new strategies now. My goal weight is 75kg by Nov 24 2023. Over my life (and part of this older blog) I've lost and put on 140 kg over six attempts over 40 years...No more. |
