Introduction	My name is Stephanie and I've loved to watch people cook since I was a small girl. While spending afternoons with my granny before she past away when I was six, my brother and I would help her cook gourmet recipes. My mother recently told me that I would complement my adoring talented granny by telling her that... "(she) was a good cooker." I was diagnosed with Celiac disease at age sixteen and have been gluten free for over a decade. My food intolerances include gluten, cow's milk/ cheese, yeast, egg whites, soy and bananas. I enjoy cooking delicious fresh meals. Most of the simple ingredients start from scratch.
