About me

Introduction	I am a stay at home mom- that doesn't seem to stay at home much. I have four children, who keep me on my toes. I love to eat and cook. I have had many people ask me how I have time to cook so much....my reply is simple...Cooking is my valium of choice. I am hoping this blog will be a media resource for my kids to find recipes that I have made for them, that they may want to make one day. This blog is also for my friends who keep telling me that I need to make a blog. SO we shall see how this goes.
