| Introduction | I am a wife, a nurse, and above all a mommy. My life was forever changed the day I brought my son, Asher, into this world. I was introduced to the hardest, most rewarding, most exhausting, and absolutely most wonderful job I will every do. And then in June 2011, my daughter Claire was born and being a mom got even better! My life is wonderful. I have my kids, my husband, a home, a career that I love. Yet, some days I feel like I forgot who I am and who I want to be. I let myself go, as I am sure many mom's do, in the name of "giving everything to my babies." But, in order to be the best mommy I can, I have to give a little bit back to myself. I am on a journey, to overall health and happiness. This blog is my accountability. I am going to be fit, and I am going to be healthy, and I am going to be the best mommy I can be for these little babes! |
