Introduction by profession, i am an engineer. somewhere in between, i am eating, usually in a restaurant since the days of cooking seem to be dwindling. in a time out new york article entitled "nyc chefs tell all!", one chef wrote "tell people that just because they have access to the Internet and a piehole, that doesn't make them a food critic." while it may appear as if i am THAT girl, the truth is, i just really like to eat, whether it be restaurants, at home, or when someone is gracious enough to cook for me. i also like to read about food and watch TV shows about it. but the part i love most is talking (or in this case blogging) about all of the above. i am not claiming to be an expert, nor will i ever become one. however, eating a ton (and doing other related food activities) will possibly lead me to the path of, you guessed it, engineering a connoisseur.
