| Introduction | Writing runs in my blood, as teaching does, and I have been fortunate enough to be able to do both. Having lived in the Army as a child, and then as a wife, I have spent many wonderful years, travelling around the country, to places both beautiful and challenging! I can never forget the thrill of seeing my name in print for the first time, a thrill that has only intensified over the years. In 2002, my light-hearted book on life as seen through the eyes of an Army wife was published by Rupa Publishers, Delhi. It was called ‘Arms and the Woman’. My book of poems, 'Deeparadhana' came next and my latest offering, which is a psychological thriller titled 'Shadow in the Mirror' was brought out by Readomania in 2016.Writing is an endless journey that I revel in, with all its winding twists and turns! Never a dull moment, never time to regret... life is truly worth living! |
