| Introduction | 新語 (Julia) 幾年前跟媽媽去了一趟巴黎之後猛然發現食物的美好, 從此走上愛吃愛作的不歸路. 現在是素食者, 努力研究讓吃肉的人也會欣賞的菜. 希望將來可以用自己的專長為社會出一份力. Hsinyu's (Julia's) visit to Paris with her mom opened her eyes to the power of good food and she's been hooked ever since. She is now a vegetarian but strives to make food that omnivores will appreciate as well. She hopes to one day contribute her skills in the kitchen to a cause meaningful to society. |
