| Introduction | Rachel was born on May 21st, 2010 by planned c-section, weighing 4 pounds 12 ounces. During our routine 20 week ultrasound, we were first alerted to multiple problems in her brain, heart, and elsewhere in her body. Shortly after birth, doctors guessed that we would have a few weeks with her at most. But to our surprise, God gifted us with fourteen and a half months with this precious girl! We continue to live day to day, trusting Him who holds our lives in His hands. We have two older children (Ethan and Abigail) |
