Introduction	I am a 39 yr young mom of 3; ages 19, 16, & 9. I luv my 3 joys dearly however these 3 crumb snatchers have stripped me of my figure, my mentality, & @ times my spirituality. I'm NOW on a quest to TRANSFORM to gain inner peace (mental), physical happiness (self-explained), & a closer relationship w/my heavenly father "Abba" (spiritual). This blog was inspired by a friend & I THANK U Kristi for the encouragement to do this!
