Introduction	I have been in youth ministry for over 15 years and have served in variety of churches all over the country for east to mid-west to deep south. I have worked in everything from birth to college age. I have worked in CE, Children's minstry, Youth Ministry and college ministry. I am currently working as a middle school and jr. high youth pastor and have honestly all along continued to be drawn back to Jr. high and Middle School in every minstry I have been a part of. I feel like the future of the church and the real emerging church is in the crazy, loud, raw, messed up, beautiful, real world and heart of middle school and jr. high students. That is why I do what I do and started this blog!! Enjoy... or not?
