| Introduction | Dr. Michael Lazarchick has over 50 years experience facilitating Wellness in life and our work. He is a skilled communicator with a reputation for inspirational public speaking who has researched, written and delivered hundreds of training seminars and interactive wellness workshops. His style is to entertain while translating complex issues into an easy to understand, practical format. Michael has worked with a wide range of professionals, unemployed, underemployed, dislocated and functioning below potential, from both the private sector and government service. His most current research includes improving organizational effectiveness in the 21st century, Wellness and Life Work Balance, the evolving labor market and the emergence of green collar career opportunities. Michael is a New Jersey Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). He and his wife currently live on a 3 1/3 Acre Certified Wildlife Habitat on the River at the edge of the southern New Jersey Pine Barrens. They are actively engaged in Personal Wellness studying Sustainability, Permaculture, the restoration of native flora and fauna, Regenerative Agriculture, and the experience of an Organic Life Style. |
