IntroductionI am a Science Teacher by Profession with Bsc, Ed Degree and ten years of teaching experience. I joined Community Work in 1997 though employment with the Anglican Church of Tanzania as the Community HIV/AIDS Educator and Counsellor. To date I am the ACT provincial HIV/AIDS Coordinator. Below is the outline of my Education and Professional background; I attended Primary education between 1970-1976 1977-1983 I took both Ordinary Level and advanced Level Secondary Education at Tabora Girls School. I joined the National service 1983 1984-1986 I went for a Diploma in Teaching, was employed by the Government as Teacher between 1986-1997. I then joined the Anglican Church of Tanzania as Community trainer/Counsellor. In 1997 I went to Zambia for HIV/AIDS, Project Management and Counselling course for 3 Months. I then started to train HIV/AIDS Trainers of Trainers, Counsellors and peer educators. I developed the training manual work which is now used by the organization to train our communities on various aspects i.e. PRA, PIM, Community based Health care, Gender and development, Gender and AIDS, Integrated Health in Church Ministry.
