Introduction Foodies at heart, husband and wife Cameron and Rochonne Simmons share a love for exploring the culinary arts. Rochonne is an accomplished caterer and event planner. She is executive chef of a small catering business she founded twenty years ago and her repeat clients have long valued and sought her creative professionalism, menu planning and integration skills, and delicious dishes. Cameron was a wine buff before he met Rochonne and his future wife inspired his interest in cooking as well as food and wine pairing. He is consulting chef de cuisine and sommelier for his wife’s catering business. Cameron is particularly interested in Southwestern and Southern Louisiana cuisine and Pacific Coast wines. He enjoys making desserts and will find any excuse to fire up his grills. Natives of the San Francisco Bay Area, America's food and wine mecca, the Simmons’s currently reside in the town of Gilbert, a suburb of Phoenix in Arizona’s Upper Sonoran Desert.
