Introduction	Once upon a time, I blogged sporadically. Then I had a baby and that was the end of any and all personal time. I think I may finally have my head back on straight, so I'm giving it another shot. We'll see how it goes.

If your whole body were a hot air balloon, would you stop eating spicy food?

I don't necessarily eat a lot of spicy food as is. I would definitely stop eating eggs.
