| Introduction | To travel, to learn about the world....something I've always loved doing. So as I approached middle age (dare I say retirement years), I decided it was time to expand my travel horizons beyond Canadian, US and Caribbean spots. There are so many places to see on my wish list - it will take years to get to them all. I started by taking extended trips to Italy and France. Planning these trips from A-Z was so much fun, particularly building in a week of cycling through rural France. It was wonderful to get 'off the beaten path' so to speak. However, it was hard to remember everything when I came back so I decided to start a blog about my travel adventures so family and friends could 'see' my adventures with me. This blog is my journal for travel adventures starting with Morocco (and a little of Lisbon) - and the fun begins.... |
