| Introduction | An Oregon boy only a few years older then Pre was at the time of his death, raised down the street from Nike in Beaverton OR now a runner residing in NYC. Only a year earlier I swore never to run believing the stories of how bad it is for the bones and bodies of man. After much research and personal tests he has found much the opposite to be true. Humans were born with the ability to run and it is not just good for you it is fun and highly addictive. Now is his turn to inspire others to get on their feet and try something they believed to be painful and a waste of time. In 2011 Samuel will be pursuing the roadrunners program of 9+1(9 races and volunteering at a race) to qualify for the 2012 NYC marathon and documenting every step. |
