| Introduction | I am a single mother with two kids, a girl and a boy.I am also a compulsive over eater, have been so most of my life.I have used food to cope when life seemed to be too much to handle. I am in the process of changing my life- learning to use food for what it was intended for all along-nutrition for my body. I am also getting to know God , and rely on Him instead of my own will. As you can see, what I am trying to do is no small feat, But a change is gonna come. I can't continue on in this way any longer. |
