| Introduction | I'm a recently graduated student of Animation pursuing Advanced Character Animation in Animation Mentor.Growing up I was heavily influenced by the Japanese Anime/Manga culture though I never seriously thought I'd pursue this proffesion.I usually display 2 sides of my personality. People who know me they get exasperated at how talkative I can be! My mother has given up hope!lol..however I'm a bit shy around new people.I'm not someone who likes to party or visit crowded places unless it's an amusement park!! Love them!! I usually don't care if people are judgmental about me but I care immensely if it's about those I love. People who know me know that I am one half of the Laurel-Hardy duo of myself and my best friend Anush. We just realised while other people live to eat/sleep/procreate. we only eat and laugh...and laugh we do!! I feel laughter is truly the best medicine. Also I dislike shallowness in people. I believe in living and let living. Lastly, I try follow the example set by my parents ,caring and helping those in need. So yeah...my motto is to live a life positively. *Ok.I guess..I just started getting carried away by my rants-guess my shyness evaporates quite quickly 0.o* |

| Favorite Movies | Hmmm...My all time favourites which I grew up watching are Sound of Music, Mary Poppins, My fair lady and all Disney Movies...Basically I like Slice of Life, Comedy(good not the slapstick ones, Action and Horror sometimes (I'm a major scaredy cat *wraps self with blanket and peeks out* I like all animation movies. I have to mention a film which really touched me with its sheer simplicity and brilliance...Kikujiro(non animated)..it's a must watch. Others ..Finding Nemo, My big fat Greek Wedding, Padosan, Man in the Iron Mask, etc. |
| Favorite Music | Instrumentals. Love Ludovico Einaudi's compositions. anything that touches me though nothing loud and metal. |
| Favorite Books | Ah.. My favourite section. I love reading. Give me any interesting article and I'll read. I may not have read the usual Enid Blyton's growing up (though I liked the Brer Rabbit series) I love non-conventional stories. I liked tragic heroes. I liked Wuthering Heights over Pride and Prejudice and 'To Kill a mockingbird' is a bible by which I swear. I've loved all the text I've read in English classes in my school favoring Imp and the Crust(Tolstoy) and Macbeth. I was disappointed with the ending books of Harry Potter, had provided enough fodder for my dreams in my teens. It's a shame author Stieg Larsson died for I fell hook line and sinkers for the Millenium series. Aprt from those I really like my native language books of Pather Panchali and works by Saratchandra Chattopadhyay. In the end I'm just a big bookworm who has started infecting Kindle already! |
