Introduction	Josh has been racing for 10 years and has a wealth of experience across the cycling disciplines. As a junior he competed in cross country and was a member of the British Cycling Talent Team. A season lost to over training and university was not enough to damped his enthusiasm for racing and in 2008 he competed in his first 12hour solo race... and won. The enduro addiction which ensued has developed Josh into one of the UK's top enduro racers. He aims to become one of the best in the world and broaden his racing horizons to include marathons and stage races too.
