| Introduction | This is my story. I'm 5'8, 21 years old, and a senior in college. The recent shock that i'll be soon entering the "real world" has propelled me to lose some weight. Years ago I had an eating disorder and got over it, but now, with the stress and panic, it has come back. I'm doing it differently this time, healthy and normal.
