| Introduction | I am an avid reader of books, working in software industry for 16+ years (unix, java, MQ, WebSphere, Corba, etc.). I attended diverse trainings (psych-k training, Radical Manifestation, Voice Dialogue, Parent Effectiveness Training, Be The Best trainig, PSI leadership training, John C Maxwell leadership training, to name a few on personal development. On Technical side, I attended various IBM trainings, hold MS degree in Industrial Engineering). I read books on Self development, leadership, Indian mythology, children development. I love to work with children and also have lots of math made easy ideas. This is first time I am trying this venture. So, I don't have resume to fit this kind of job.
