Introduction	I live on a farm in rural Georgia just a hop, a couple of skips and a jump from Atlanta-(unless you try to get there during rush hour.) I'm a wife and a stay-at-home mother of 4 kids, who are getting to the ages where they don't do much staying at home. I worked at a "real" job in graphic design for many years, but when the children started coming I chose to stay at home and watch them grow. It's been a blessing! My creative side has always found an outlet--whether making birthday invitations and Christmas cards, painting, or even making my kids' Halloween costumes. (Incidentally, they NEVER chose easy things like cowboys or ghosts--no, we had to be a Y2K bug or a box of puppies.) Gradually I found a new creative outlet, and began making papier mache figures. My basement was filling up, so I launched my website. I suppose the rest is yet to be written.
Favorite movies	I can't think of anything except Mary Poppins which (because of the 8 million times I have been forced to watch with my "young breed") I can just about quote line for line.
Favorite music	Any hymn by John Newton or Charles Wesley or Isaac Watts among others, Twila Paris, Kalen Nash, Classical, Elvis Costello, The Avett Brothers
Favorite books	I love just about any book written by A.W. Tozer, Jan Karon's Mitford books, Jane Eyre, Passion and Purity by Elisabeth Elliot, Romans, Philippians

If you were a pirate, how would you avoid laughing when saying 'poop deck'?

I wouldn't laugh because as a pirate it's my duty to maintain a serious demeanor. Wait, did I just say "duty"?! I'd probably have to walk the plank.
