Introduction	Inspired by twin sons diagnosed with Autism and our own fading vitality (fatigue, brain fog, candida overgrowth, metabolic acidosis, bad breath, ibs, white tongue, grey hair, bad skin, vertigo, depression, anxiety...etc..) we have been 95% Raw since November 2008 and are currently implementing a high raw low fat vegan (HRLFV) diet. Our kids need more fat - but are now HRV starting 2010. It's NEVER too late to start LIVING !!
