| Introduction | Too many people are ignorant about the fact that animal abuse, mistreatment and neglect are crimes or feel helpless to do anything about it. The mission of Barrio Watch Dog, a program of Barrio Dogs, Inc. of Houston, is to educate people about the difference between the proper and improper treatment of animals. We want to provide information and resources to help people respond to animal abuse or neglect and to show what other people have done when confronted with it.
