| Introduction | Chances are, if you're reading this blog, then you're more than aware of who I am. But in case you don't, this is all you really have to know: my name is Wendy, I like to travel, I like to eat, and I'm pretty thrifty. When I travel, I prioritise those things that I'm going to spend money on, and those that are not as important. So three Michelin star-dining and a hostel stay can happen on the same trip.
