| Introduction | Watershed News is an independent, non-partisan site. I am a mobile journalist with photo, video, online, hyperlocal breaking news and investigative skills. I have more than 15 years in journalism, and my contributions at the last two papers I worked for helped earn regional and national honors, including the Edward J. Meeman Award for Environmental Reporting at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. Intrepid reporting includes a decade of frontline fire-flood coverage on some of the most destructive and deadly incidents in state history and investigative land-use hazard reporting from Venezuela.
