Introduction	I am 30-something year old mother of a teenage daughter. I work in education (no, I am not a teacher! God bless teachers!), trying to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle. I hit an all time weight high of about 200 lbs in 2005 and decided to make a change. Using sparkpeople.com, I lost the weight and have kept it off for a number of years now. My passion is health and fitness but above all else, I LOVE JESUS!!
Interests	Jesus, health, fitness, running, working out, reading, social networking, UFC, The Biggest Loser, and more!
Favorite music	I love worship music. I used to love rap/hip-hop/pop songs that I could run to but Jesus changed my life and now I listen to worship music and some christian rap/hip-hop! I love music that makes me want to get up and dance. I enjoy jazz, too.
Favorite books	I LOVE chic lit! Anything by Jen Lancaster is great! Jennifer Weiner, Meg Cabot, and The Bible!! Sophie Kinsella are a few of my favorite authors. I LOVED The Glass Castle, Da Vinci Code, The Red Tent and My Sister's Keeper.

You moved the pot before the coffee stopped brewing. Do you smell the mountains or the burro?

Ummmm, I wouldn't move the pot because I don't own a coffee pot and therefore avoid the situation nor ponder the random question!!
