Introduction	Born and raised in Chicago, currently evolving in Southern California, I'm a passionate vegetarian with vegan aspirations. Food has always been one of my obsessions, and one of my other aspirations is to share and inspire everyone to eat a delicious, healthy, compassionate plant-based diet. Of course I love animals, but people are pretty nice too, and getting together to eat, drink, and share ideas for living a good, generous life are one of my favorite things to do.
