| Introduction | I am an ACON (Adult Child of Narcissists). I come from a "family" of narcissists. Mother is a malignant narcissist, and older sister is a malignant narcissist/sociopath. I fought like hell to survive that dangerous system but was unwittingly raised to be 'narcissistic supply' and have been a magnet to pathologicals and predators all my life. Like Jane Goodall - who lived among the apes - I've lived among the narcissists. I have a very personal understanding of their contemptuous and predatory nature, and destructive family and social interactions. I accept the hard cold fact that narcissists are disordered and dangerous and will NEVER change. I'm a firm believer of NO CONTACT, and have always exercised my right to do so. |
