| Introduction | I have worked many years in HR - mostly recruiting. I've worked in almost all areas of recruiting, from temporary help to C level corporate staffing and in many industries, bio-technology, engineering, manufacturing, retail, oil & gas, insurance, to name but a few. I have also staffed globally with both Sensormatic & recently with The Body Shop. In my years of experience in HR I have also been involved in just about every area of human resources, from ER, Training, creating & delivering orientation, researching & purchasing an applicant tracking system, an assessment program and a contingency agency to designing/writing employee policy manuals and more. I also have a passion and facility for mentoring others. As a born optimist life continues to be wonderful! ;o) |
