| Introduction | This bridge-and-tunnel girl commutes two hours each way, three days a week -- that's one 24-hour day every two weeks or roughly 24 days commuting every year. Not only am I not alone, there are many people who have it worse than I do. How do we do it? I mostly use my time reading (42 books last year). But everyone has a different coping mechanism. I'll share mine here, and hopefully hear some of yours too. Repeat after me: "I am more than my extreme commute." |
