Introduction	A graduate of Boston College Law School Mr. Tamagini rose to the height of the legal profession prosecuting high profile cases, becoming a successful civil litigator, public speaker, teacher and founder of the Tamagini Law Offices. Two years after surviving a near fatal car accident he lost his beloved wife Michelle to a cerebral aneurysm, along with a substantial portion of his sanity. While his family came together to support and care for his children; Kyera 9, and Anthony 17 months, he forged ahead with his practice defending some of the state's most notorious criminals. Relentless; the victories mounted, the client list grew, and his addiction to prescription and illicit narcotics spun beyond control leading to tremendous lapses in judgment and prolific criminal activity of his own. When the run ended he was sentenced to 51 months in federal prison. Some have extended Mr.Tamagini their condolences for having lost everything.
