| Introduction | An Architect by profession, a comedian when having fun, a writer when i'm inspired and a chef when m bored. Some people say i am Indian, some say i am not, some say i am from Thailand (because that's where i was born), and some who know me by now just choose not to ask! :...although by now i have an answer for all those who would dare...i am a GLOBAL NOMAD, a person who belongs to the world. This blog which I have started, is a accumulative documentation of all my experiments which go on in my kitchen. I have finally come to terms with the fact that "Yes I can make some yummy and innovative dishes without actually poisoning anyone :)". As the name already suggests, yes every recipe in this blog is an experiment conducted by me, and as in any good lab, there is always a master scientist, or in this case a master chef, who will guide me through my voyage into the food world........my Mother, aka, Master Chef Sushama :). And my ending note to this rather long speech would be... If any of you actually try out any of these recipes from here ( and survive..JK), do let me know, I would love to know your thoughts :) ...Bon Appetit ... :) |
