Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
Oh but I do wear a scarf! I also enjoy the breeze, heat or chill on my nekkid neck. Necks are fabulous and need attention by way of adornment, exposure, protection and care. Kisses and neck rubs make your neck feel even better!
