| Introduction | I am a Vegan single mama of an incredible 5 year old son with multiple food allergies. I have taken a life altering diagnosis and turned it into a love for life. Educating people about nutrition is my passion, and in between cooking fantastic Gluten Free, Allergy Safe Vegan meals, working,managing an online support group for parent`s of children with food allergies, running Nutrition Workshops and being a mama, I am studying to be a holistic nutritionist so I can share my passion and good health with the world! |
